The blog name is Wear and Tear but my name is Margaret. Born and raised in The Sip (Mississippi) and currently attending Mississippi State University and majoring in Fashion Design. Patterns and colors are my favorite. People watching is fun. I take pictures, blog, and do graphic design on the side.
My trips up to Stevenson, Alabama (where my family is originally from) inspired me to start this blog. I have only visited Stevenson a few times, but after my grandfather died a couple of years ago, I brought back a part of that small town with me. It reminded me of being a kid again and where my roots evolved from.
It isn't everyday that you stumble upon a blog that's not based in New York City, which is what inspired me to start a daily lookbook of outfit inspirations from Mississippi (or wherever I end up).
